Hello, I'm Christine.
I teach regular community yoga groups in Worcestershire. Alternatively I offer 1 on 1 and private group sessions, by appointment.
I have over 30 years of Yoga experience, I specialise in teaching Yoga of the Gitananda tradition from South India.
I'm a member of the Indian Yoga Association and, since 2023, recognised as a Yogacharini - guiding others in their Yoga practice using Pranayama to manage stress and anxiety.
As the Director of Being Well Matters Ltd, I partner with high achievers and neurodivergent professionals recovering from stress and burnout. Together, we use a client-centred approach to design robust, tailored wellbeing plans. I write a weekly blog on ND tools, wellbeing tips and burnout recovery. Let me know if you want more info 😊
I have 2 beautiful daughters. I live with 4 chickens, a cat and my funny and supportive partner Rod

"Christine's yoga class is warm, friendly and so relaxing. I leave each session feeling so chilled and calm and always have an amazing deep sleep at night! I've learnt so much about the power of breath work and it’s really impacting my wellbeing. Lucy"
